  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 4 garlic cloves, smashed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
