Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix the eggs, milk, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined; do not overmix.
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup two-thirds full. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
