  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onions; sauté until fragrant and golden, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add sliced bell peppers and carrots to the skillet, cooking for 3–4 minutes until slightly softened but still crunchy.
  4. Gently fold in the zucchini noodles and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until tender yet al dente.
  5. Drizzle with soy sauce, tossing gently to coat all ingredients evenly, and cook for another minute.
  6. Top with sliced green onions before serving.
