  • 1 tbsp espresso powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk (or almond milk)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. Combine with dry ingredients gently.
  4. Fold in dark chocolate chips until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
