Crockpot Apple Cider is the ultimate autumn beverage that envelops your home with the warm scents of cinnamon and apples. This easy-to-make drink combines sweet and tart flavors for a comforting experience, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh apple cider
  • 2 medium Honeycrisp apples, sliced
  • 2 medium Granny Smith apples, sliced
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups filtered water

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Wash and core apples, then slice them into wedges.
  2. Add Ingredients to Crockpot: Combine apple cider, sliced apples, cinnamon sticks, cloves, nutmeg, brown sugar, and water in the crockpot. Stir gently.
  3. Set the Temperature & Time: Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  4. Stir Occasionally & Taste Test: Halfway through cooking, stir and adjust sweetness or spices if needed.
  5. Strain & Serve Warm: Once done cooking, strain out solids using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth. Serve warm in mugs with cinnamon sticks.
