  • 200g halloumi cheese
  • 4 soft flour tortillas
  • 4 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 cup bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup cucumber (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegetables by washing and slicing them into thin strips.
  2. In a non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and fry sliced halloumi for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Warm tortillas in another pan for 30 seconds on each side to make them pliable.
  4. Assemble the wraps by laying down a tortilla, adding cooked halloumi, fresh veggies, and drizzling with sweet chili sauce.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to secure all fillings.
  6. Cut wraps diagonally in half, serve with extra sauce on the side, and enjoy!
