- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Olive oil spray for cooking
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas under cold water until clean.
- In a food processor, blend chickpeas, parsley, garlic, onion, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, baking powder, and flour until combined but still textured.
