  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup smooth Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and simmer together for another 5 minutes.
