  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. Gradually add milk while stirring until thickened into a creamy sauce.
  4. Stir in cottage cheese and cheddar until melted and well combined.
  5. Mix cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce until evenly coated.
