- Knead on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- Punch down the dough, fold in cranberries and orange zest. Divide into four pieces, roll each into circles layered with melted butter.
- Cut stacked circles into quarters; twist pieces to form star shape. Let rest for another 30 minutes.
