  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries (or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, melted butter, milk, and orange zest until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.

  6. Transfer batter to a greased loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for about ten minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
