  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 cup bell peppers (any color), chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop onions and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces; mince the garlic.
