Description

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms are a delectable appetizer that combines tender mushroom caps with a rich, creamy crab filling, baked to golden perfection. Ingredients

  • 12 large white mushrooms
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 green onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, lemon juice, and half the Parmesan until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Generously fill each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
  5. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top of each stuffed mushroom.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden brown.
