Description

Crab Rangoon Bombs are the perfect appetizer, combining a crispy wonton shell with a creamy filling of crab meat and cream cheese, enhanced by savory spices. Ingredients

  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 6 oz lump crab meat
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, crab meat, and green onions until smooth.
  2. Add garlic powder and soy sauce; stir well to combine.
  3. Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water and fold diagonally to seal.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the bombs in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve hot with sweet chili or soy sauce.
