- 6 oz lump crab meat
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, crab meat, and green onions until smooth.
- Add garlic powder and soy sauce; stir well to combine.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water and fold diagonally to seal.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the bombs in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with sweet chili or soy sauce.
