Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workstation by gathering all ingredients and equipment: a microwave-safe bowl, lined baking sheet, and silicone cupcake liners.
  2. In the microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate and coconut oil. Heat in 30-second intervals until smooth, stirring in between.
  3. Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each cupcake liner, spreading it evenly along the bottom and slightly up the sides.
  4. Place one or two fresh raspberries into each cup on top of the chocolate base.
  5. Pour more melted chocolate over each cup until fully covered, then gently tap the tray to remove air bubbles.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until set.
