- 8 oz penne pasta
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning blend
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
