- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 8 oz fusilli pasta
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup crispy bacon bits (about 6 strips)
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fusilli pasta in salted boiling water until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
