  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 8 oz fusilli pasta
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup crispy bacon bits (about 6 strips)
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fusilli pasta in salted boiling water until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
