  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool before shredding.
  3. Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 3 minutes until bright green; drain and set aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, blanched broccoli, sour cream, garlic powder, and half the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
