- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes at the bottom of the baking dish, followed by half of the onion slices, then place seasoned chicken on top.
