- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup bell peppers (chopped)

- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian herbs (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a large casserole dish with nonstick spray.
- Sauté onions and bell peppers in a skillet over medium heat until softened (about 5-7 minutes).
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, sautéed veggies, breadcrumbs, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian herbs until just combined.
- Layer half of the meat mixture in the casserole dish and sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on top.
- Add the remaining meat mixture and top with the rest of the shredded cheese.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
