- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and sauté the chicken until golden brown (about 5 minutes per side).
