Description

  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 1 cup sautéed onions
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, season ground beef with salt and pepper; form into small patties (about 2 inches wide).
  3. Heat skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties for approximately 3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Place a slice of cheese on each patty; cover skillet for about 1 minute to melt the cheese.
  5. Slice slider buns in half; layer with sautéed onions, cooked patties, ketchup, mustard, and bun tops.
  6. Bake assembled sliders in the oven for about 5 minutes until warm.
