  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 bell pepper (red or yellow), diced

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by mincing the garlic and dicing the bell pepper.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with Cajun seasoning.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and cook the seasoned chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  4. In the same skillet, add more butter, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper; sauté until soft.
  5. Slice the rested chicken into strips and return it to the skillet along with cooked fettuccine. Stir in heavy cream and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
