  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, chopped spinach, pesto sauce, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs.
