Description

Baked Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches are the perfect morning indulgence, merging flaky, buttery croissants with a delightful mix of fluffy scrambled eggs, melted cheese, and crispy bacon or savory ham. Ingredients

  • 4 flaky croissants
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon or ham
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or kale
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each croissant in half horizontally and optionally toast them lightly.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  4. Scramble the egg mixture in a skillet over medium heat until fluffy but not fully set. Add cooked bacon or ham and spinach before removing from heat.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches by layering cheese on the bottom half of each croissant, followed by the egg mixture and more cheese. Cap with the other half of the croissant.
  6. Bake on the prepared baking sheet for about 15 minutes until golden brown and melty.
