  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Add cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla extract; stir until fully mixed.
  3. If using, fold in chocolate chips for added texture.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes. The edges should be set while the center remains slightly soft.
  5. While brownies cool, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and Baileys Irish Cream until creamy.
