Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot. Add the angel hair pasta and cook for 2-3 minutes until al dente. Drain the pasta but reserve some cooking water.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds), then add cherry tomatoes. Cook until they soften and burst.
- Combine the drained pasta with garlic and tomatoes in the skillet. If necessary, add reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency.
