  • ¼ cup ketchup (60g)

Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub the Russet potatoes, then cut them into evenly sized wedges.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about five minutes.
  4. Arrange the seasoned wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
  5. Check for doneness; if they're not golden brown yet, cook for an additional few minutes.
