Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium cauliflower head (cut into florets)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup seasoned panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
  • ½ cup buffalo or BBQ sauce (for tossing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the florets until evenly coated.
  4. Add panko breadcrumbs to the bowl and mix until the cauliflower is well-coated.
  5. Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Toss cooked wings in your favorite sauce before serving.
